This Privacy Policy explains how Insider (operating as Insider One, "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Insider Istanbul Connect mobile application (the "App").
Insider Istanbul Connect is a private, invitation-only event companion app for the Istanbul Connect '26 event (16–21 June 2026), provided exclusively to invited attendees. The App is not intended for the general public or children.

We do not collect: passwords, payment or financial information, location, contacts, photos, health data, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or tracking identifiers.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, cross-app tracking, or analytics, and we do not sell or rent your data.
This App does not track you. No third-party advertising SDKs, no cross-app/site tracking, no advertising identifier, no data brokers.
These processors act on our behalf; data may be processed on servers in the United States and the European Union.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share data only with the infrastructure processors in Section 5, strictly to provide the App, and where required by law.
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the Istanbul Connect '26 event. After the event, account and roster data (email, name, push tokens) is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period (typically within 90 days) unless law requires longer. Session tokens expire after 90 days.
You can delete your account at any time directly in the app: open Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases all of your personal data — profile (name, email, phone, passport details), flight, hotel, transfer, preferences and push registrations — and signs you out immediately. The deletion cannot be undone. To request deletion outside the app, email privacy@useinsider.com.
Depending on your location you may have rights under the EU GDPR and Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698): access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. Our legal basis is your consent and/or our legitimate interest in providing the event companion service. Contact privacy@useinsider.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Turkey, the KVKK Kurumu).
We use HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit, signed (HMAC) authentication tokens, and access controls on the underlying data stores. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
The App is a private, invitation-only event tool for adult attendees. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
